Drop-Off:
Friday, October 16th from 8am-1pm (It is not necessary to sign up for a specific drop off time. However, we request that you arrive within the scheduled times~ Late drop-offs will not be accepted.) Timing Tip: Lines for drop off are longest from 4pm-7pm. Mid-Week Drop off (for REGISTERED/participating consignors ONLY): Please allow approximately One hour for drop-off this season. In order to maintain the high standard of quality merchandise, all items will be inspected. Please NOTE: Check the Unacceptable Items racks on your way out after dropping off. If you have items that were not accepted, they'll be on these racks. Items not claimed will be donated to Bethel Bible Village. If you would like to save some time at drop off, please click here for the printable consignor waiver. Sign your waiver and bring it with you to drop off. If you are going to be a volunteer and would like to download/print the volunteer waiver to bring with you to drop off, you can find it HERE. Please double check all tags for accuracy. We will not be responsible for mistagged, mispriced items or items without tags or consignor numbers. These are your items and ultimately your money, please follow pricing guidelines to the tee! When you turn in your waiver and check in on the computer (VERY IMPORTANT), you'll be given your Pre-Sale Pass and Friend pass. Write your name & consignor number on all passes. If you're volunteering, make sure that you ask for your volunteer pass as well. Please have your items sorted by gender and size. Group them with rubber bands (this keeps them from getting separated and mixed in your car on the way to Camp Jordan). You will need to put your things on the sales floor after they have been inspected for acceptance. This gives you an opportunity to get a "sneak peek" at all the other items that have already been put out. You can always volunteer and get a SHOP EARLY pass if you see something that you just can't live without. If you will be volunteering and attending a presale, visit the volunteer table to get your appropriate presale pass. Pick Up (unsold items): PLEASE READ !!!! If you are unable to pick up your unsold items please make arrangements with someone to pick them up for you (and write their name on your waiver). Items not picked up by 7pm on SUNDAY will be given to Charity. The donation truck will be loaded at this time and no entrance will be given to anyone who is late. We must vacate the building at our scheduled time, and it is not possible for us to take items not picked up home with us. After the stated pick-up, it is out of our hands. * If you worship on Sunday and are unable to pick up for that reason on Sunday, please consider volunteering on Saturday evening with us as we sort. We have a special breakdown BARTER. If you volunteer on Saturday evening at 6pm, pizza/soda is provided and your consignor fee is waived.
